Excerpt from 73d Annual Report of the Inspectors of the State Penitentiary for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for the Year 1902The ages of these 3 prisoners at the time of their several convictions and sentences to this Penitentiary were as follows: First conviction, one 22, one 23, one 41 second conviction, one 25, one 28, one 43, third convio tion, one 28, one 30, one 45 fourth conviction, one 29, one 33, one 48, fifth conviction, one 36, one 42, one 50, sixth conviction, one 44, one 47, one 55.Of these 3 prisoners 2 attended public schools.
