Hippolytus of Thebes
Hippolytus composed his now largely lost work of the history of the Roman Empire sometime in the late 6th century. While its influence appears to resonant across the centuries, the text itself has been lost. What is compiled here is the few surviving fragments of his works preserved in various extended quotations by other authors.
