When Gregg N. Jennings of Columbus, Georgia, U.S.A. retired in 1981 he investigated his father's ancestry. After visits to Ireland, Australia and New Zealand he collected contributions from the extended Jennings families. He co-ordinated the development of a compilation which was produced in 1985 from type-written scripts.
