They said adulthood was going to be fun. But why did everyone keep their mouth shut when we, as little kids, wished to be adults as soon as possible so we could buy all the toys in the world, eat as much chocolate as we liked, or decide when to go to bed? Why did no one tell us before we wished for something we can't say "no" to anymore?
To put it simply, why didn't anyone tell us how hard adulthood was going to be? And why has no one mention...
