When my thoughts clouded my mind, I wrote my emotions out. Turning my thoughts into words, helped me understand my emotions a lot better. I went from writing my feelings out on paper, to jotting them in my phone's "Notes, " and now sharing them with the world. "A Stack of Poems" is a book of poems about mental health, love, and God.
