Practicum in teacher training is very vital as it helps the college or university to check whether the student-teachers have put what has been taught in theory to practice. However, in teaching practice the assessors are from the college(tutors) and from the hosting schools(mentors) and this creates big problem in effective evaluation of the student teachers.So, this study raises some critical problems and suggests some solutions on the issue.
