Bulby and Neon, two delightful little light bulbs, decide to follow their dreams to sing and dance in the City of Lights. A big storm separates the two pals during their journey, sweeping Neon far, far away. Bulby is worried and eager to find his best buddy. Luckily, Mr. Spot, an old and very bright friend, finally helps Bulby and Neon reunite.
