Sextus Empiricus / Bury, R. G. Sextus Empiricus (ca. AD 160- 210), exponent of scepticism and critic of the Dogmatists, was a Greek physician and philosopher, pupil and successor of the medical sceptic Herodotus (not the historian) of Tarsus.
