We wish to appreciate fried bread in all its beauty in this book! We wish to bring back the time and expose more people to the joys of this uncommon vintage delicacy. Most cafés or hotels in the UK will almost probably not provide fried bread with their breakfasts in the twenty-first century, but maybe this book will be a modest bump in the right way toward having it as at least a choice on the menu.
