Techno Boom is meant to be a fun and simple pop tune to be played by Boomwhackers(R). The piece is made up of only two alternating sections, much like popular dance tunes. This piece requires 5 players---4 on Boomwhackers and 1 on drumset.

The title Three" refers to three primary elements of the piece: a three- movement work, each of which is in three sections, performed by three players. The movements are composed in a conventional fast/slow/fast sequence.
