This is the story of a lost Alice. Alice Knight's reality is becoming increasingly difficult. Her job is insecure, her family are distant or dead, she is single and feeling her age. Everyone around her seems blissfully happy, and to make things worse, her friend thinks she needs to see a psychiatrist. She decides the time has come for a change. A peculiar dream gives her a clue. What if she, Alice, temporarily disappeared and lived a different life for a while, but still on the periphery of her old existence? Could she do it and, more importantly, why do it at all? Was there an unexplored Wonderland out there or just a scary fairy tale? Sometimes, life forced you to look at it anew, from a completely different perspective and when you did, all was rarely as it had seemed.
