They are Brahman, not you. This is their level of consciousness that they were able to say this. And you say, "Good! I am Brahman!". No! He is Brahman, you are not. You must now honestly say, "Aham Bhramasmi: I am an illusion!" Otherwise, there will be a big mess, 'illusion' calling itself 'Brahman', and is also enjoying it. Ego is our life for us, how did it become a lie? The sign of those who have known ego as a liar is that ego is no longer visible in their lives. The one who is not living from the ego-center, only they have the right to call ego as the false. Is there any ego in your life or not? So why do you say that ego is a lie?
