Annual Report. The navigable canals, river improvements and feeders, remain the same as last year, and are as follows: Erie canal from Albany to east bank of Oneida Lake canal. Albany basin (called 1 mile, for tolls, chap. 200, Laws of Port Schuyler and West Troy side cuts.
