Some still think of project management as a domain only applicable to construction, engineering, or technology projects. Not everyone needs to be a project manager but most professionals can benefit from project management learning. The Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects(TM) (CAM2P(TM)) is an approach developed by the author in 2007. This approach have been used on various projects such as events, marketing, business development, engineering, construction, capital intensive projects, launching a business or a new product, among numerous others. This book is a sample and simple project, using CAM2P(TM).
