This book constitutes the proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Big Data Analytics, BDA 2021, which took place during December 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 16 full and 3 short papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 41 submissions.
