Section 2. This amendment is necessary by reason of the separation of the Ministries of Public Works and Highways.

Section 3. The amendment provides for the display of a number plate on the rear of a trailer, it being unnecessary to provide for a number plate on the front thereof as the Act now requires.

Section 3. The words struck out are no longer necessary as they refer to a front number plate for trailers.

Section 3. This amendment is necessary in View of deletion of reference to trailers in preceding subsections.
