Excerpt from Buffalo Creek Chronicles, Vol. 2: Presbyterian FootstepsBarbacue Church March 7th 1830 Session met according to adjournment present as above with the addition of Mr. David Clark, Archd Clark and James Cameron. Opened with prayer. The object of the present meeting as stated by the moderator was to carry into effect certain resolutions passed at a joint meeting of the Sessions of Barbacue and Tirza held at this place, lt Dec. 1829. Touching the mmfies now in the hands of Messrs. David Clark and Neill mckay which in consequenm of the absence of David Clark at the two last joint meetings of the above named church Sessions have not as yet been carried into effect. The motion of Mr. Mckay resolved that the present Trustees (clark and mckay) attend at Mrs. Mcdonald's on tomorrow at 10 O'clock, with their axmmha receipts, and documents relative to said Trusteeship for the purpose of settling with the above named churches.
