The presented book represents a graphological study about the capability to understand and to want detected from handwriting. Some interesting considerations of neuropsycology of the graphological language and neurosciences are illustrated such as Stratigraphic Theory of Rudolf Pophal (1893-1966). A number of italian jurisprudential judgments have been cited incorporating the relevant knowledge of this book.
