The omission of these data, or their obscure and imperfect presentation - as well as the failure to publish the names and addresses of matriculates and graduates' - is calculated to throw doubt upon the character of the work of the school.UP to the first of December, 1884, the diplomas (session of 1883 of 47 colleges had been presented to the board for verification and acceptance by applicants for certificates, and of this number, 26 had complied with the Schedule, and their Diplomas were accepted unconditionally.
