A parent's life long illness is a struggle for children of every age. This is the case for me. Then, there was poverty. I saw myself in the eyes of those children. I thought their future life. Would it be like mine with sleepless nights filled with worry? Like me will they not get a helping hand to soften the mental agony to come.This book contexts the life of one person, me, but the memoirs, the stories and emotions are universal across race, religion and culture. It about fighting the battle that all people face.
