The Creative Profile is designed not to tell you IF you are creative, but HOW you are creative. It is not a test of creativity but an exploration of where your creative strengths lie. The profile comprises 24 questions with a 6-point rating scale. Once scored, the results reveal a preference across five dimensions: Connector, Dreamer, Innovator, Builder and Explorer.
Connectors are perspective-oriented, and are playful, observant and light-hearted.

Dreamers are receptive-oriented, and rely on instinct, imagination and insight.

Innovators are goal-oriented, and are entrepreneurial, adaptable, motivated and organized.

Builders and visually-oriented, with a focus on the detail and a need for perfection.

Explorers and action-oriented, are adventurous, enjoy taking risks and challenge the status quo.
