Employee Guide Labour Law of the Cayman Islands seeks to provide its' readers, in non-legal language, with a basic overview of the minimum standards currently provided under the Labour Law for employees working in the Cayman Islands, and furthermore, the system created under the Labour Law through which an employee may, if necessary, enforce his (or her) rights against their employer.
