Workbook activities for each topic are applied through three central themes: * Beliefs and Baggage - encourages learners to explore their own understanding of topics by teaching and implementing guided reflective writing. * Content and Concepts - lays the foundation of understanding, requiring participants to begin integrating knowledge through definitions, calculations and short answer questions. * Integration and Application - completes the learning on each topic, applying knowledge through further research, case studies, role play and small and large group discussions.
