If you knew how many hours, days, weeks, months, and years I've put into my writing, my teaching, my, well, most everything I do, you'd wonder why I didn't just take the job at Trader Joe's long ago. But I can't.I won't.I'm a writer. For me, writing is play. It's no longer work. In fact, not much for me, at least what I create is "work" in the sense that it's stuff I don't want to do.I want to do it.I love writing.I can't not write.
