Have neglected writing you before, but beg to state the S. 0. White Leghorns purchased of you ar rived safely and in the very best of conditions and have stayed so ever since. This was an agreeable sur prise, as others who have purchased na brought down birds from the States have complained that they con tracted chickenpox after arrival. Altho they had not finished their moult, they began to lay after they arrived and have had eggs from them ever since.
