The recipes in this book for making pizza are the result of the long years I spent with my mother and sisters helping them to cook many tasty pizzas. What I learned about cooking I learned mostly by observing and asking questions, which led to something good. Whenever I asked my mother how she made her pizzas, she would share with me how she did it. Underneath her lists full of recipes, as well as handwritten notes, cookbooks and pages of magazines cut out with recipes my mother barely touched, is a precious collection of our family's favourite dishes, etched forever in our memories.
