No I'm not fat due to a medical condition or a thyroid problem Yes, I've been lazy by living a sedentary lifestyle My goal is to be healthy not skinny Being thin/skinny does not automatically make you healthy What isn't healthy is how people treat you when you are fat Men have rejected me because of my weight Both thin and fat women have insulted me because of my weight Family members have talked about my weight behind my back Im giving it to you straight no chaser ....
