Facing a six year term in a state penitentiary weighs heavy on mind and soul. Being offered a plea bargain of two hundred and eighty days in a county correctional facility and a thirteen month intensive outpatient rehabilitation program was an opportunity I just couldn't miss. Realizing that essentially the criminal justice system was giving me just enough rope to either hang myself or climb out of this dank and swampy hellish hole I called life. I looked within myself knowing this was my chance and decided not only will I scratch my way out of this but I am going to use this rope, taking one adrenaline induced vicious tug and in an athletic manor catapult myself directly to the top.
