The Freckle Report 2022, is the third in the series of reports on the progress of public libraries in the United States, the UK and AustraliaIt contains the most recently available data from national bodies and the fourth set of consumer research data, conducted in the United StatesIt draws conclusions about the state of decline of the use of public librariesIt makes detailed recommendations at several levels: for funding bodies, for library directors and managers, for suppliers and for the library profession.
