Though it doesn't snow as often as during previous winter seasons, whenever it does snow, as it did a few times that winter, Bill and Susan Smith make sure to allow their four children, Billy, Oscar, Carrie Anne and Kerrie Lee to rambunctiously frolic around to their hearts' content as often as they could like they used to do themselves as young children all those long years ago.
