Five pipeline employees have been murdered, and a journalist is missing in the remote northern regions of BC, and all the clues seems to lead to a Haida man, and Walker's friend. Walker is convinced that his friend is innocent, and when RCMP officer Dan Connor is pulled into the investigation, the two pair up once again to search out the truth.
