The sunny coastal city of Daytona Beach casts long shadows. Crawling out of them is career criminal, Roger Grimes. He wants to balance the scales and decides to become a private investigator. Grimes catches the eye of attorney Willis Sanford. Sanford is a White Knight, a pillar in the community, who wants Grimes to join him on his quest to eradicate crime in the World's Most Famous Beach. If Grimes accepts, it will not be all shiny armor, he will have to go back into the shadows less of a white knight and more of a pale rider, this time to deal out justice and it will not be blind.With his first case as a Private Investigator done, Grimes takes time out to help an old friend who has been ravaged by a heroin addiction. Grimes decides to take justice into his own hands by going to the source and exterminate the dealers. By doing so he stumbles into a clue to a much darker case Sanford has assigned him. Grimes dives down into the gutter to get to the bottom of a human trafficking ring preying on the most innocent of Daytona Beach.
