Sir, the West Indian proprietors ask, in all their petitions, for several things. They ask for the exclusion of slave grown sugar - for differential duties - for the free admission of molasses into the breweries and distilleries of this coun try for the admission of rum on an equality with British spirits - for the re peal of the navigation laws - and for free access to the coasts of Africa, and else where, for the purpose of obtaining free labourers wherever they think fit.
