Harley, the motorcycle-riding, jet-skiing, water-skiing, fishing, co-piloting Irish setter, continues his adventures with his best dog friend, Goober. Harley decides that he is getting older and needs a new career, a different life. Just when he thinks his new life is perfect, something dramatic happens and Harley is forced to make some BIG changes.
