Public Affliction affecting all orders of People (but now most happily removed) caused the first Edition of this Pamphlet to be called in, when few Copies had been fold, for, such a Publication would then have been ill-timed. As the alterations are considerable in this Second, any one possessed of the first Edition may have this in Exchange, by bringing the former to the Bookseller.
