HIV/AIDS has remained a recurring decimal across the globe. The rising incidence of HIV/AIDS, its peculiar devastating effects on societies'' and especially amongst nations active professional labour force presents a major concern, to governments, employers, international community, and to the security forces, as a whole. The spread of HIV/AIDS pandemic among persons employed in the security forces, health care delivery chains, students in hostels, and mobile workforces, deserve special study mainly because of the place they occupy in society. Security personnel are especially vulnerable because they operate predominantly away from home for long periods of time and consequently, go often in search of sex and pleasure to relieve stresses of the job. This book is based on a study using parsimony analysis which gives an insight on how HIV/AIDS should be managed in the Security Forces. The strategy adopted in controlling the spread of "swine flu" (H1N1) is herein recommended. This book is useful to economists, policy makers, researchers, project implementers, social workers.
