The question is not very difficult to answer, for that Company has from the first hour Of its legislative exist ence shown a determination to slight Toronto, as if its management were prompted by the rivalship of Hamilton. I am in hopes, however, that the period is fast approaching when the Company will be driven to a more considerate policy. In a few months the connection will be made by the Grand Trunk Railway with London, and the hour now lost in Hamilton will be divided between Toronto and London, so that not only will the cars start later, but time will be allowed for refreshments in London, in place of the rapid bolt with which food is now devoured at that place.
