Incident At Cali Station

Incident At Cali Station is the dramatic, inspiring story of four American soldiers led by African American First Lt. William Clark, on a seemingly safe UN humanitarian assignment in Africa. Clark is an outstanding West Point graduate, multi-lingual, an honors graduate with degrees in engineering and biology, and, an all-American baseball player. With a promising career before him, he struggles with the idea of leaving the military and finding a more rewarding profession. Witnessing terrible human suffering in Africa, his desire to leave the armed forces grows. Around Lt. Clark the enlisted soldiers quickly mature into a courageous unit, growing closer and stronger as each passing hour exposes them to fresh and unexpected dangers. Eventually they become isolated in hostile territory, out of contact with headquarters, facing overwhelming enemy numbers and fire power, and suddenly acquiring the responsibility of protecting helpless refugees. Providentially the unit's desperate imbroglio is clandestinely broadcast to the world by an unexpected ally. As bewildered American authorities attempt to find out 'what the hell is going on in Africa', with this tiny band of soldiers, a questioning world and disconcerted American population witness, live, a demonstration of valor and heroism in defense of human dignity and freedom.
