Most of the present volume is taken up with three substantial decisions of international tribunals: the two jurisdictional decisions of the International Court of Justice in the Qatar v. Bahrain case, delivered in 1994 and 1995, and the awards of the United Kingdom-United States Arbitration in the Heathrow Airport case.
