Knowledge Management Ever since the introduction of the concept of knowledge management, it has interested many. Culture has been cited by researchers as the most important enabler of knowledge management. However, cultural differences among countries make a difference in implementation of knowledge management processes. There is a need to conduct indigenous studies for exploring specific attributes of organizational culture that effect knowledge management.
