Be it enacted by¿ze Senate and Houfsé cfirepresen tatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembl met, (with the concurrence of two-thirds of each branch of the fiegislatgre, £323 to That the name, style and title of the corporation, created by the gamut of act to which this is a supplement, be, and the same is hereby and am, changed from that of The President, Directors, and Company of m the Bank of Wilmington and Brandywine, to that of The Bank of Wilmington and Brand wine, by which last mentioned name the said corporation shal continue to have succession, and to hays, use, and enjoy all the franchises, privileges, and owers which are granted to the said corporation by the aforesai act to which this is a supplement, and the supplements thereto, and no misnomer of the corporation in any deed, will, testament, gift, grant, demise, contract, or other instrument shall vitiate the same.About the PublisherForgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
