UMA GIRISH is a grief guide and award-winning author. She guides women who are moving through transition, whether it is the death of a loved one or the loss of a dream, and helps them find purpose through her workshops and private coaching programmes. Her previous books include Understanding Death: 10 Ways to Inner Peace for the Grieving and Losing Amma, Finding Home: A Memoir about Love, Loss and Life's Detours.
