The emergence of globalization has eroded state boundaries and given companies and multi-national organizations more impetus to control and determine economic growth. However, in this globalized village, there is cut-throat competition and any organization wishing to survive must achieve its set goals. It is in this context that performance appraisal becomes a necessary condition for corporate bodies and governmental organizations. But the achievement of goals depends on the ability and skills of employees and management. The aim of carrying out the research study is the quest to understand the positive and negative impact of PA satisfaction and reaction of the employees in the actualization of the organization's goal and to find out the implementation of performance appraisal outcome. It intended to identify and provide the reader with an insight on how managers/supervisors perceive the process of performance appraisal and how it can best be used to enhance the employees' productivity.
