Questo libro è un percorso fotografico che illustra la Città di Mondovì, in provincia di Cuneo, vista dalle sue strade, cogliendo in ognuna un'immagine significativa, e cercando di non effettuare scatti "già visti" o troppo banali, in breve, è uno stradario fotografico.

E' una ricerca di angoli nascosti, di prospettive dimenticate nel traffico o nella quotidiana fretta di cittadini, la città offre una moltitudine di spunti all'occhio dell'osservatore attento e la macchina fotografica è il mezzo per fissare le emozioni di un istante e condividerle per sempre.

Nello spazio di tre anni ho compiuto una ricerca non esaustiva dello stradario cittadino, ma certamente rappresentativa dei vari rioni, del mutamento delle stagioni e di alcuni eventi significativi della vita della città.

This book is a photographic stroll through the streets of Mondovì, a city in the province of Cuneo, Northern Italy, the project being that of photographing the streets of Mondovì with one meaningful image for each of them.

I thought my project was original, but I had to take to the streets and look for hidden corners, perspectives lost in traffic or in the daily hustle of the citizens, indeed, the city reveals itself to the attentive eye in a kaleidoscope of nuances and the camera is a means to capture a fleeting moment's emotion and share it forever.

So in the space of three years I was able to collect a number of images taken from various viewpoints, not an exhaustive list of all the streets, but certainly representing the various districts, bearing witness to the seasonal changes and to some significant events in the life of the city.
