When a young British Asian girl is reported missing by her boyfriend Luke, Detective Inspector Saul Shakespeare and his team are called in to investigate.
Saul, newly re-located from the Met to the Midlands, is battling with his own demons, including a failed relationship with Lauren, the mother of his only child, who has made it quite clear to him that she wants him back.
What Saul and his team discover, to their horror, is a prosperous Muslim family ripped apart by murder, deceit and tradition, all in the name of Honour.
