Ut conjicere licet ex ipsius verbis, in Ner. LVII denìque, quum post viginti annos (scilic. A morte Neronis) adolescente me exstitisset conditionis incertae, qui se Neronem esse jactaret, etc. N Mortem sibi conscivit Nero, anno 819 post Romam conditam. Ille igitur pseudo-nero, cujus memìnit Noster, exstitit anno 839. Quum vero tunc temporis Suetonius esset jam adolescens, liquet cum fuisse matum circa initia Vespasiani, qui imperatoriam digni tatem anno 820-assecutus est.
