The man who waits for some seventh wave to toss him on dry land will find that that seventh wave is a long time coming. Like dr. Matthews, the eminent author of Getting on in the World, mb. To every man each opportunity is worth exactly what he is prepared to make of it - ao much but no more. For this reason, mr.
