Excerpt from Orders in Council of the Imperial Government, Together With Treaties Negotiated Between His Majesty the King and Foreign PowersAt these points of entry the importations shall be fumigated In the fumiga tion houses provided for that purpose, and a certificate of fumigation will be issued, without which no stock may be taken out of bond.
