After his new owner puts him in a glass tank with a snake, Petee the parakeet escapes and flys through a new and wounderous world filled with hidden dangers. He is set on finding other parakeets and staying clear of cruel humans. After avoiding numerous dangers, he is later found by a kindly woman and taken to her home. And with her kindness and the help of her own parakeet, Petee learns to love and trust.
