It's the winter of 2022-23 and Bill and Vivian are still trying to raise their three beautiful, towheaded offspring as best as they can under the circumstances and with their little girl, Carol Anne, now deep into her third year of life, Bill and Vivian have their hands full dealing with their little girl going through the phase in life called The Terrible Twos and Bill and Vivian get a lesson in why that phase in life is called The Terrible Twos.
